Easy check-in, excellent hosts who arranged my taxi, clean and modern design, private city view, quiet location. Can request food delivery and other amenities. Well-equipped kitchen, spacious apartment, affordable price. Perfect WiFi, well-equipped gym. Motorbike rental nearby. Highly recommended.

I stayed at this well-kept resort for a month and the experience was faultless. Apartment No. 517 was spacious, clean, and equipped with a kitchen suitable for Europeans. The price of 8000 Baht/month was incredibly cheap for the quality. WiFi worked perfectly and the gym was well equipped. Additionally, there was a motorbike rental company conveniently located just 20 meters from the resort entrance, offering great prices for a Honda Klick 125. The beach was only a short walk or 3-minute motorbike ride away. I highly recommend this apartment at Grand Avenue By Tech.

The resort offers a well-equipped kitchen for Europeans, spacious apartments, and a very affordable price of 8000 Baht/month. The WiFi is reliable, and there is a well-equipped gym on-site. A motorbike rental company is conveniently located just 20 meters from the resort entrance, making it easy to explore the area. The beach is also within walking distance or a short motorbike ride away. I highly recommend this resort.
I felt very welcome during my stay and had no complaints whatsoever.
